Shipping policy

General Shipping

We process orders quickly, with most orders shipping within 2 business days.

Orders placed back-to-back or with existing unfulfilled orders to the same shipping address may be automatically combined. If duplicate shipping charges occur, refunds can be issued upon request. This is handled manually, so please reach out if needed.

Orders may ship from our Anaheim, CA warehouse or directly from one of our suppliers, depending on the items in your order.

Shipping carriers include UPS and USPS.

Fulfillment

To improve delivery times, some items may ship directly from our suppliers or manufacturers.

Orders with multiple items may ship separately depending on availability and fulfillment location.

Tracking will be provided for each shipment.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our Anaheim, CA warehouse by appointment only.

International Shipping

Additional shipping charges may apply for international orders. If the shipping paid at checkout does not cover the full cost, we will contact you by email before processing the order.

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
