BMC CNC Billet Throttle Assembly

Designed in-house by Bart Moto Co., this CNC-machined throttle assembly was built to be the last throttle you’ll need for your mini bike or pit bike build. Precision machined from billet aluminum and finished in a black anodized coating, it delivers smooth, consistent throttle control with extensive adjustability to dial in the perfect feel for virtually any carburetor setup.

Unlike typical throttles designed around a single carb style, the BMC throttle features multiple adjustment points that allow you to fine tune cable tension and throttle response across a wide range of carburetors — from stock Honda setups to larger performance carbs including 26mm, 28mm, 30mm and beyond.

The internal machining and throttle tube design provide exceptionally smooth operation with zero binding. A removable grip system allows the grip to be rotated clockwise and removed, adding a convenient anti-theft feature when parked.

The included cable is built to high-end OEM standards and features integrated dust seals, dual adjusters for precise setup, and a protective sleeve to maintain long-term durability. The cable outlet is also angled to route naturally back toward the handlebars for a clean installation and proper cable path.

The kit includes a set of slim-profile molded grips designed to provide excellent feel and control while maintaining a clean, minimal look.

This throttle assembly pairs perfectly with stock carburetors, Nibbi carburetors, and all aftermarket pit bike carb setups.
