ATC70 Billet Inverted Fork Conversion Triple Tree – 45mm Pro Series

A true foundation piece for converting your ATC70 from a rigid front end to a modern inverted fork suspension setup. This triple tree assembly is precision CNC machined from 6061 aircraft-grade billet aluminum and finished in a hard anodized titanium gray for a clean, durable, high-end look.

Designed for 45mm inverted fork tubes top and bottom, this setup provides the strength, alignment, and clamping surface required to properly support a front suspension system on a platform that never had one from the factory.

The stem matches the stock ATC70 dimensions, allowing direct fitment to the frame while giving you the option to run original-style ball bearings or upgrade to a tapered bearing kit from our shop.

Everything about this assembly is built with precision in mind. Tight tolerances, clean machining, and zero compromise on finish or hardware.

Handlebar Compatibility

The included 50mm bar mounts are positioned at 83mm outer spacing, allowing use of standard mini bike handlebars including:
