Take your ATC70 front suspension conversion to the next level with Bart Moto Co.'s V2 45mm Inverted Fork Legs. Built on our proven CT70 V2 suspension platform and custom-configured specifically for our ATC70 billet triple tree assemblies, these forks deliver a substantial improvement in damping performance, adjustability, and overall ride quality.
Unlike basic inverted fork conversions, our V2 fork legs feature a completely re-engineered hydraulic damping system developed by Bart Moto Co. The internal components have been redesigned to deliver controlled suspension movement, improved impact absorption, and a more planted, predictable front end across varying terrain.
At 600mm overall length, these updated V2 forks feature a longer design than our previous 540mm ATC70 fork legs. Available in your choice of silver or black anodized finish, they deliver premium suspension performance with a clean, custom appearance to complement your build.

V2 Re-Engineered Hydraulic Damping
The heart of our V2 fork system is its redesigned internal hydraulic damper. Rather than relying on the basic damping characteristics found in many aftermarket inverted forks, we've developed a more refined suspension system that provides greater control over how the fork compresses and returns after an impact.
Whether you're navigating rough trails, crossing uneven ground, or riding at higher speeds, the improved damping helps the front wheel maintain contact with the terrain while reducing harshness and unnecessary suspension movement.
The result is a noticeably more composed front end with smoother suspension action, better control, and a more confidence-inspiring ride.
25-Click Adjustable Rebound
One of the biggest improvements over our previous fork design is the addition of externally adjustable rebound damping.
Each fork features an integrated 25-click rebound adjustment knob located in the upper fork cap, allowing you to fine-tune how quickly the suspension extends after compression.
Too little rebound damping can cause the front end to bounce or feel unsettled after hitting bumps. Increasing rebound damping slows the suspension's return, helping keep the front end controlled and reducing that unwanted pogo-stick effect.
With 25 adjustment positions, you can dial in the suspension to better suit your riding style, terrain, and personal preference without disassembling the forks.
Silver & Black Anodized Finishes
Our V2 fork legs are available in two premium anodized finishes to complement your ATC70 build. Choose silver anodized for a clean, classic appearance or black anodized for a more aggressive, modern look.
Both finishes provide a durable, corrosion-resistant surface while highlighting the precision-machined details of the fork assembly. Whether you're building a period-inspired ATC70 or a fully customized machine, these finish options allow you to match your suspension to the rest of your front-end components.
Designed Specifically for the ATC70
Although these forks are based on our CT70 V2 inverted suspension platform, they have been custom-configured to work with our ATC70 conversion triple trees and front axle system.
The updated 600mm design provides a taller front-end configuration compared to our previous 540mm fork legs. Combined with our billet triple tree assembly, these forks transform the factory rigid front end into a functional hydraulic suspension system, dramatically improving comfort and control.
Pro-Tune Suspension Service
For riders looking to get even more out of their suspension, we also offer our Bart Moto Co. Pro-Tune service.
Our Pro-Tune service allows us to further configure the fork setup with internal preload adjustments and fork oil changes to better suit rider weight, riding conditions, and desired suspension feel.
Whether you prefer a more compliant setup for casual trail riding or a firmer, more controlled front end for aggressive use, Pro-Tune provides an additional level of suspension customization beyond the standard external rebound adjustment.
Fitment
- Honda ATC70 – inverted front suspension conversion applications
- Designed for Bart Moto Co. ATC70 45mm billet triple tree assemblies
- Compatible with Bart Moto Co. ATC70 inverted fork axle components
Important Notes
- Fork legs are intended for inverted suspension conversions only.
- Not compatible with original ATC70 rigid fork components.
- Requires compatible triple trees, axle, and associated front-end components.
- The 600mm design is longer than our previous 540mm version and will affect front-end ride height and geometry.
- Rebound damping is externally adjustable; spring preload and fork oil changes require internal service.
- Professional installation recommended.
