V2 Re-Engineered Hydraulic Suspension

The biggest advancement in our updated ATC70 conversion system is the introduction of Bart Moto Co.'s V2 inverted fork technology.

Originally developed for our CT70 V2 suspension platform, these forks have been custom-configured to work with our ATC70 triple tree and front axle system. More importantly, the internal hydraulic damping system has been completely re-engineered by Bart Moto Co. to provide a substantial improvement in suspension control, responsiveness, and overall ride quality.

Unlike basic inverted fork conversions that can feel overly springy or uncontrolled, our V2 hydraulic damping system is designed to manage suspension movement more effectively. Impacts are absorbed with greater control, while improved rebound damping helps prevent the front end from bouncing excessively after compression.

Whether you're navigating rough trails, uneven terrain, or repeated bumps, the V2 system provides a smoother, more composed ride with improved front-end stability and rider confidence.

25-Click Adjustable Rebound Damping

One of the standout features of our V2 suspension system is the addition of externally adjustable rebound damping.

Each fork leg features an integrated 25-click rebound adjustment knob located in the upper fork cap. This allows you to fine-tune the speed at which the suspension extends after compression, giving you greater control over how the front end responds to different terrain and riding conditions.

Too little rebound damping can cause the suspension to spring back too quickly, creating an unsettled, pogo-like feeling. Increasing rebound damping slows the return stroke, helping the front end remain controlled and predictable.

With 25 adjustment positions, riders can easily fine-tune suspension behavior without opening the forks or changing internal components.

Precision CNC-Machined Billet Triple Trees

At the center of this conversion is a precision CNC-machined triple tree assembly manufactured from 6061 aircraft-grade billet aluminum. Unlike cast or generic aftermarket clamps, these components are machined for precise alignment, consistent clamping, and long-term durability.

Both the upper and lower clamps feature 45mm bores, providing a secure mounting platform for our V2 inverted fork legs. The steering stem matches the original ATC70 dimensions, allowing direct fitment to the frame while supporting an upgraded steering bearing system.

Attention to detail is evident throughout the assembly, from the clean machining and premium anodized finishes to the engraved torque specifications and Bart Moto Co. branding. High-quality stainless steel hardware completes the setup.

Paired with billet 50mm handlebar clamps, the cockpit is equally refined, accommodating standard 7/8" mini bike handlebars with proper 83mm spacing and positioning.

Updated 600mm V2 Fork Design

Our updated V2 fork legs measure 600mm overall, replacing the previous 540mm design. The longer configuration provides additional front-end height and a taller suspension setup for custom ATC70 builds.

The 45mm inverted construction provides a rigid, stable foundation, while the redesigned hydraulic internals deliver the suspension control needed for off-road riding.

The lower fork assemblies feature precision billet-machined axle mounts with anodized finishes, combining strength, durability, and a premium appearance.

Despite the extensive suspension upgrades, the conversion retains compatibility with the original ATC70 front wheel and spacer configuration. The included 15mm axle is designed to work with the factory hub, eliminating the need for a custom front wheel setup.

Upgraded Steering Bearing System

The conversion includes an upgraded needle-type steering bearing system designed to replace the original loose ball bearing arrangement.

The steering stem retains stock ATC70 dimensions, allowing compatibility with OEM-style bearings if preferred.
