ATC70 Inverted Fork Legs – 45mm (540mm Length)

The core of the ATC70 front suspension conversion. These 45mm inverted fork legs transform the front end from a rigid setup into a true suspension system, dramatically improving ride quality, control, and overall feel.

Built at 540mm overall length, these forks are specifically sized to give the ATC70 a proper, level stance when installed. The setup adds just over 1 inch of front-end height compared to stock, keeping the bike balanced without the awkward front-high look common with incorrect fork sizing.

Performance

These forks completely change how the ATC70 rides.

Instead of transferring every bump directly into the frame, the suspension absorbs impacts and keeps the front end planted. This results in:

• Smoother ride over rough terrain
• Better control at speed
• Increased rider confidence
• Less fatigue during longer rides

Out of the box, these forks are set up with a lighter spring rate and lighter fork oil, making them responsive across a wide range of riders. For a firmer, more controlled feel—especially for heavier riders or more aggressive use—you can increase preload internally and run a heavier fork oil (around 30W). We also offer this setup pre-configured through our Pro-Tune service if you prefer it ready to go.

Design Details

The lower fork ends feature billet-machined axle caps finished in a clean anodized coating, adding both durability and a refined, high-end look to the front end.

The fork design also allows for future upgrades, including compatibility with upcoming front disc brake solutions and additional protective components such as fork guards.
