This service is designed to improve overall suspension performance, control, and consistency. Each setup is configured specifically for the fork and application, ensuring proper balance for the bike it’s being installed on.

By increasing preload and optimizing the internal setup, the front end becomes more stable under braking and more controlled during impacts.

• Fresh refill with high-quality Bel-Ray™ fork oil (weight selected based on application)

The setup increases compression control while maintaining proper rebound characteristics, with oil weight selected to match the fork and intended use.

Application-Specific Setup

Each Pro-Tune is tailored to the platform it’s being installed on. Different bikes and fork configurations require different internal setups to achieve proper performance.

Some applications include a height adjustment spacer, while others—such as ATC70 setups—focus on preload and damping optimization without changing fork length.

Default Setup

Unless otherwise specified, setups are configured as follows:

• CT70 / Z50: Balanced on-road and off-road profile
• ATC70: Off-road, varied terrain profile
• Rider Weight Range: 175–225 lbs
