This fully labeled plug and play breakout adapter harness is the ultimate solution for anyone upgrading a 6V CT70 (1969–1982) with a 12V CDI engine. Whether you're installing a Lifan 125, YX140, ZS190, Daytona 190, or any other modern motor, this harness lets you keep your complete original wiring, lighting, and handlebar controls — no splicing, no rewiring, no headaches.

Important Note for Electric Start Motors:

If your engine includes electric start, you'll need to fully convert your bike to 12V electrical components, including:

  • 12V battery and Tray
  • 12V bulbs (headlight, tail light, indicator)
  • 12V flasher relay (if using turn signals)
  • 12V horn

This ensures proper functionality and protects your electrical system.
