CT70 Titanium Engine Mount Bolt & Nut Set (Blue)

Upgrade your CT70 with this high-strength TC4 (Ti-6Al-4V) titanium engine mount bolt and nut set. Includes both top and bottom bolts and nylon locking nuts for a complete installation.

The original CT70 engine mount hardware was designed for 70cc motors — not the modern high-output engines like the Daytona 190, Zongshen 212, YX140, or Lifan 125cc. These larger engines produce significantly more power and stress, and they rely on just two mounting points with no lower cradle.

Standard steel bolts can bend or flex over time, leading to engine misalignment, which can cause:

• Excessive vibration throughout the frame
• Chain misalignment and premature sprocket wear
• Stress fractures or fatigue at mounting points

Titanium’s superior strength allows these bolts and nuts to be machined to very tight tolerances and maintain their precise shape under heavy load. This precision machining combined with titanium’s rigidity ensures a snug fit that won’t deform or loosen, keeping your engine perfectly aligned and secure. The blue anodized finish adds a clean, custom touch.

Note: The top bolt in this set removes the original stock exhaust tab mounting point. The stock exhaust can still be securely mounted without it.
