Will come partially assembled as example only, you will need to disassemble and apply thread locker to the rim adapter and sprocket bolts

You will need to bleed the system upon installation (DOT 4 brake fluid)

May be slight variances between the years in return spring location, may need fabrication / modification

Description

This Rear Disc Brake Conversion fits all models of Honda CT70, Ice Bear Champion, Rocky Amigo and other Dax clones. Lock up that back wheel with ease with a beautifully crafted billet aluminum needle bearing pedal, integrated brake switch master cylinder, and big 4 piston caliper. Essential for big motor builds,

• Z50 3-bolt sprocket rear disc hub with preset wheel bearings
• 420 37T sprocket and hardware
• 158MM rotor and hardware
• CT70 type rim adapter and hardware
• Anodized red 4 piston caliper with preset brake pads
• Caliper bracket and brake stay
• Proper spacers to center
• Billet CNC brake pedal master bracket assembly with preset needle bearing pivot and all hardware to affix and assemble
• Master cylinder with integrated reservoir and hydraulic switch for brake light
