Position 1: All OFF

Position 2: Ignition ON, horn, turn signals, neutral light, and brake light operate.

Position 3: Everything from Position 2, plus the headlight and tail running light. This matches the operation of the earlier Honda switch when used on a 1977–1979 harness.
