YX 88cc Electric Start Semi-Auto (Motor Only)

This YX 88cc engine is a great upgrade for Honda mini bikes and other builds using the classic Honda horizontal 2-bolt motor mount pattern. With increased displacement, electric start, and a semi-automatic transmission, it offers a noticeable step up in performance while keeping the bike easy and comfortable to ride.

The 88cc displacement provides more torque and usable power than a standard 50cc or 70cc engine, making it a great choice for trail riding, cruising, restorations, and custom mini builds. The semi-automatic transmission requires no clutch lever, while the electric start adds modern convenience with kick start retained as a backup.

A modern stator provides 12-volt lighting output for bikes running lights, signals, and other electrical accessories.
