Build Notes:

This is a hand-made custom frame that requires light fabrication to complete. Our shop build used a custom front brake bracket, modified rear fender mounts, and a custom rear brake pedal to get everything dialed in. If you’ve got a grinder, tap and die set, and a caliper, you’ll have no problem building and centering everything up. We’ve taken care of the hard-to-make parts so you can focus on the fun part — building.

BMC Shop Tips:

Finish it off with our reproduction tank, seat, and headlight. Use a K0-type narrow-mount top plate with the bars and throttle of your choice, drop in a 140cc motor like our shop build, and you’ll end up with one of the cleanest Z50 customs around.
