ZS212 212cc 4 Valve Electric Start Clutch Motor

This is the top of the food chain for production horizontal engines. The ZS212 4 valve platform pushes beyond the typical 190 class and lands firmly in true performance territory.

At 212cc with a high flow 4 valve head, this engine delivers serious power everywhere. Strong bottom end, aggressive midrange, and a top end that keeps pulling. This is the kind of motor that completely changes how a bike feels the second you get into the throttle.

Electric start keeps it practical. Kick start gives you a backup. The manual clutch and 5 speed transmission put full control in your hands.

This is not a mild upgrade. This is a full step into high performance builds.

Big performance horizontal engines need proper support. Heat control, crankcase breathing, and a dialed in starting system all help make the package cleaner, more reliable, and easier to live with.

Oil Cooler Setup: These engines run hot, especially with higher RPM, longer pulls, and extended run time. As oil temperature rises, oil thins out and loses some of its ability to protect bearings, piston, clutch, and valvetrain components. An oil cooler helps stabilize oil temperature and keep lubrication more consistent.

We strongly recommend pairing this engine with our oil cooler setup. We offer a bolt on oil cooler bracket that attaches directly to the valve cover bolts and cleanly positions the oil cooler right in front of the intake. This keeps the install compact, properly routed, and trouble free.

Catch Can Breather System: A proper catch can breather system helps manage crankcase pressure and oil vapor. Instead of letting oil mist vent out around the bike, the catch can helps separate and contain it, keeping the engine bay cleaner and allowing the engine to breathe more consistently.

Our breather system connects at both the rear engine vent and the dipstick location for a more complete crankcase ventilation setup.

Starter System Upgrades: For riders looking to further reinforce the starting system, we offer a stronger decompression spring and upgraded DID starter chain.
These are solid upgrades for high performance builds, helping reduce load on the starting components and improving overall durability during start up.
